Following are photos of the main sequences in building the ZODIAC CH 640 quick-build kit following the onsite factory-assisted program. Click on the images for a full-size view:

	Installing the landing gear to the fuselage assembly.
	The instrument panel is supplied as shown. Installation of the flight controls and the seats.
	The instrument panel is removed for installation of the wiring (electrical system). The manual trim wheel is installed.
	The detailed manuals, drawings and step-by-step computer sequences simplify installation of systems.
	Completing the instrument panel and electrical system. All the panel wiring is included.
	Installing the engine mount, the engine and accessories, and the engine controls.
	Photo display aids guide the builder through engine installation step-by-step.
	Final installation of the instrument panel and dual control yokes.
	Installing the canopy and rear windows to the fuselage.
	Installing the tail sections to the fuselage assembly.
	Installing the battery and tail controls in the rear fuselage.
	Installing the wings to the fuselage once the finished wings, ailerons and flaps have been completed.
	Installing and rigging the wing controls.
	Final installation of avionics and instruments.
	Aircraft painting and final finish (installation of the wheel fairings, prop spinner, etc.). Ready for first flight!
